           time line looks like this.
1. Member takes exam, knows within

     seconds pass or fail  and what

     they do not know.
2. AuxCal checks passing exam

     database  each Wednesday and

     letters and  certificates are

     printed for mailing.
3. Several Auxies - sort and mail

      letters and certificates to FC

      and to DirAux in other Districts.
4. AuxCal send batch file to

     AuxData, every Monday
5. Auxdata shares with Aux Info.

120 Points per year for TWO consecutive years

  Public Education Code

14  = 1 Point per hour as lead and

 .05 as Aid

Public Affairs Code's

10B, 10C and 10F  = 1 Point per hour

VSC  =  1 point per inspection

RBS PROGRAM VISITATION 

= 1 Point per Merchant visit

 

NOTE:  You will need a MISSION STATEMENT for each day of the mission.

DO NOT GIVE ONLY ONE STATEMENT PER MONTH ON THE ABOVE MISSIONS.

All members taking the ICS test MUST forward their exam results to their IS officer for input into AUXDATA.

 "NTC / DIRAUX West has no connection with the FEMA  site and will not be involved in the AUXDATA

 inputting of the exam results.
